Eclipse Galileo Released – Available for Download

The much anticipated Eclipse IDE’s version Galileo is now available for download starting from today. In the press release, Eclipse foundation introduced Galileo’s notable features, which includes:

  • Memory Analyzer – helps us to analyze how our java application makes use of the memory.
  • PHP Development Tools now supports PHP 5.3 language release.
  • XSL Tooling for XSL editing and debugging.
  • and much more…

Galileo Blog-a-Thon contest and Bird’s Nest

For spreading the word about Galileo among the developer community, Eclipse foundation running a blog contest called Blog-A-thon. To win a trip to EclipseCon 2010 or Eclipse Summit Europe 2009, all you need to do is download Eclipse Galileo, use it and write a review on your blog/forum and send the article link to galileo-reviews@eclipse.org.

If you tweet a lot, then you can join Galileo Bird’s nest,  by following @eclipsegalileo.
