Last Tuesday, Mozilla has released the beta version of Firefox 3.5 browser, which is available for free download now. Some of the notable features from this latest release are:
- Built in support for Personas – now you can change your browser appearence with a single click as the support for the Personas is inbuilt with Firefox 3.6.
- Out of Date plugin alert - now you’ll be informed about the out of date plugin by Firefox.
- WOFF support – as I’ve wrote earlier, Firefox 3.6 is now supports the Web Open Font Format (WOFF). (how to use WOFF?)
- Full Screen Native Video – Now you can run the native video in full screen mode.
- Improved Start up time - as always, load time is the biggest negative for Firefox. With every release Mozilla tries and improves it and Firefox 3.6 will have a shorter load time (btw, do let us know if the load time is really brought down!).
- HTML 5 Features – Firefox 3.5 will support many HTML 5 DOM and CSS features.
