		<description>Ever since the satellite issue, my SUN DTH is not working. For the past 6 months I am following up with them. Every time they promise to come and rectify it within 48 Hours.  They have very few channel options and they have also started charging seperately for each channel. In the end we end up paying more for very few channels and extremely poor service.  I have finally opted for local cable connection which is much better.</description>

		<description>It is very true what mr vishnu and veera said. We are also a victim of this useless service since last few months. The company has not a good manner to reply to the customer who had approached to them. We the mumbai custemers are unable to see any channels since last one month and even when we are trying to contact the customer care centre in mumbai region it is always not accessible.  It is not possible to contact through  e_mail  also. I believe this is the first company who give this type of treat to the customers.</description>

		<description>They are just there to make money. They do not have basic manners, customer sense, and professionalism. The packages are damn waste of money and the cable guy was far far better. For the last one month, the service cannot beam full channels becoz of INSAT issue. Pathetic service.</description>
